LuckyBee provides visa appointment assistance, alerts, and related tools

Appointment availability depends on third-party systems; results are not guaranteed

We do not provide immigration or legal advice

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract

Provide accurate, complete information for orders and accounts

Comply with applicable laws and the rules of embassy systems

Keep login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activities under your account

Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use

You grant us permission to use submitted credentials solely for booking

Quotes may depend on country, city, visa type, and urgency

You pay after a successful booking; no service fee if unsuccessful

You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees

Current orders are pay-after-success: nothing is charged before a successful booking, so no refund is involved; no charge if unsuccessful

Legacy prepaid orders (placed before July 2026): a refund may be requested before the booking succeeds, less the non-refundable processing fee charged by the payment provider (approx. 5%)

Service fees are non-refundable once paid; fees arising after a booking is secured and confirmed by you are not eligible for refund

Where a refund applies, it is returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

You may contact us to cancel at any time before the booking succeeds, at no cost

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank

Discount codes may be offered through referral programs or marketing campaigns

Only one coupon code may be applied per order; codes cannot be combined

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice

Use services only for lawful purposes and your own applications

Do not misuse systems, attempt to disrupt services, or bypass rate limits

Respect third-party platform terms (embassy portals, payment providers)

Services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable without notice

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service

You may stop using the services at any time

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security risks

Upon termination we may retain data as required for legal or audit purposes

We may update these terms or policies and will indicate the effective date

Material changes will be communicated via the site or email

Continued use after changes means acceptance
