Canada
- With an existing appointment, rescheduling is blocked 9:00–23:00 UTC (5 AM – 7 PM Eastern in summer, 4 AM – 6 PM in winter)
- Outside those hours rescheduling works normally
- Up to 3 reschedules per appointment in total, with no daily limit
🇲🇽
Mexico
- Similar daytime restrictions
- Recommended to reschedule in evening
- No limit on number of reschedules

- May have reschedule count limits
- No daytime restrictions — reschedule anytime
- Mind visa fee validity
Important Notes
- Confirm MRV fee receipt is still valid before rescheduling
- Avoid frequent changes - may affect visa approval
- Original appointment is automatically cancelled after rescheduling
- Some countries restrict daytime rescheduling - wait for evening
- Cross-country changes may require new fee payment
