LuckyBee is operated by an independent private technology team. We have no affiliation, agency, authorisation, partnership or endorsement relationship with the U.S. government, the U.S. Department of State, any U.S. embassy or consulate, or the operators of any visa appointment system.

This website is not an official appointment channel. Official appointments should be made through the systems published by the relevant embassy or consulate. We have never provided, and will never provide, services in the name or capacity of any official body.

Everything you pay LuckyBee is a technology service fee, covering appointment-slot monitoring, booking automation and related software services.

Visa application fees (MRV), SEVIS fees and any other government charges are never collected, forwarded or resold at a markup by us. Applicants pay those directly to the relevant authority within the official system. Our service fee is entirely separate from, and forms no part of, any government fee.

When and how many appointment slots open is determined entirely by the official appointment system. We cannot create, reserve or gain priority access to slots. We therefore do not guarantee that an appointment will be obtained, nor that any particular date can be secured.

Our service relates only to obtaining an earlier interview time and has nothing to do with the adjudication of a visa application. Purchasing this service does not and cannot improve your chances of visa approval. Whether a visa is issued, the interview outcome, and whether a case goes into administrative processing rest entirely with the independent judgement of U.S. consular officers.

LuckyBee provides appointment-automation technology only. We do not provide visa consulting, immigration advice or legal opinions, and we do not complete visa application forms on your behalf.

Our staff are not licensed immigration consultants or attorneys. For professional visa or immigration advice, please consult a qualified attorney or licensed immigration consultant.

When using our booking service, you voluntarily authorise us to use your own appointment-system account to perform booking operations. We only carry out lookup and booking actions — we never change your password, registered email or any account setting.

Credentials are stored with AES-256 encryption and transmitted over HTTPS. You may change your password at any time to immediately revoke our access, and you may request deletion of your credential data once your order is complete.

Your relationship with the official appointment system, including its terms of use, remains your own responsibility. After receiving a booking confirmation from us, please log in to the official system yourself to verify the appointment and confirmation letter.

If the service cannot be completed due to appointment system policy changes, the state of your own account, or other factors beyond our control, we will not charge a service fee.
